Refund & Return Policy 


At Velnoir, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and a great customer experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility


Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.


However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:


The product was damaged during delivery


You received the wrong item



2. Return Request Process


To request a return, you must:


Contact us within 48 hours of delivery


Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue


Share your order ID and details



Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request.


3. Refund Policy


If your return request is approved:


You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to share your bank details or UPI ID for the refund



4. Non-Refundable Situations


We do not offer refunds in the following cases:


Change of mind after delivery


Incorrect address provided by the customer


Failed delivery due to unavailability of the customer


Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product



5. Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped


Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
